And this is it....I am an official psychology graduate!!!!!!!

 

And on special request from a bored-to-death person (*biiiiiiig tight hugs to my habiba*), hehe, here are some quick updates...

 

Melaa...my beloved psychology course will unfortunely....NOT....lol....end in almost 24 hours' time. Yeah pretty close...however that also means that I'll be facing one of the most terrifying exams

 

Yeah, I'm driving too....well it's been some months now but I didn't really have time for such online blogs....if you read my previous blog, the panicked state I was in, will easily answer the question 'why?'...

 

...this also brings me to a new job within the private health/cosmetic field which I enjoy very much & in which hopefully I will pave my future desired career =)

 

What would a make over be without no physical changes?! hehe...I welcomed summer by dying my locks blonde...at least now I have a good excuse to justify my so-called 'blonde moments' lol I'll also be joining a local gym to shuu away those extra inches and kilos =)

 

And TADAAAAAAAA...there you go!!! Summer 2008...make sure you treat me well ;)

 

 

Ok so rather than a blog this could be called a very important notice:

 

So...I'm looking for persons who a part from being part/full time employed (in any job), are also responsible for taking care of an elderly (being an elder parent, sibling or whoever as long as s/he is over 60 years of age).

 

Participation simply involves answering a short questionnaire which should not take more than 5 minutes. Confidentiality is guaranteed!

Finally here's the biggest news of this summer: I GOT MY DRIVING LICENSEEEEEEE!!!! Now the next step is to find an affordable car, so anyone who knows about any one...just let me know!!

 

Oh yeah, I uploaded a bunch of photos I still had on my camera. I changed the colours of this space coz now that summer is over...oh that reminds me I have just 1 week left of my holidays...then I start my last year at uni..

 

So, so, so...throughout the month there have been quite ongoing stuff...cannot say I was bored!! 've become addicted to the series Lost...I'm like watching 4 episodes every evening (...& yeah Matthew Fox is a real hottie!!). I read this awesome book on Disassociative Identity Disorder which was absolutely fab! Now I'm into such themes...in fact I just bought The Minds of Billy Milligan which is also based on a true story and ordered Sybil. To be honest, I'm also questioning my psych field..I also met my cousin from Canada & spent with her & her friend together with Ian, a great weekend clubbing, eating out & obviously taking pics around Malta...miss them loads!!! BUTTT....there's a good probability that next summer I'll be visiting Canada for like 3 to 4 weeks!!!!! I simply cannot wait!!!! Yeah, yesterday I had thisi nformal re-union with my old girlfriends....we were in the same class when we were like 12yr olds...quite a long time now lol We had a blast together & certainly we need to do it again VERY SOON!!!! Well that's it I guess...

 

 

 

I can say that summer so far has treated me rather well: yesterday I passed my driving theory test =) Also, when I checked my e-sims with no intentions to click on my results I found out that I passed from my first 2 uni exams as well =)

 

I planned that I should have a nap before I start preparing for Bryan Adams' concert but I'm too excited to rest!! Hope he'll sing my 2 favourite songs of his: When You're Gone & The Only Thing That Looks Good On Me Is You (phew...that was a long title to name a song with!).

 

I just finished choosing the clothes I need to take with me tomorrow to Gozo. I can't stick to few clothes even though I know we'll spend all the time either in the pool, sunbathing or having a crazy time indoors: gosh!! Can't believe it's round the corner...I've...well...WE'VE all been waiting for this w/end since Easter hehe I'm sure it's gonna be a blast once again =) I'll surely need to upload the pics I'll take & obviously dedicate a specific folder for Gozo =) ...hope my cam memory handles the quantity of pics to be taken lol!

New space layout...new season :)

 

Finally I've finished all my assignments & I'm soooooo ready to enjoy my last summer as a uni student hehe Right now I'm all made of countdowns: 4 days for my driving theory test (ok...I admit this is not one to look forward to), 5 days for the Bryan Adams concert & 6 days for the awesome weekend in Gozo!!!!!!!! BBQs, new job, thesis (..ewww!), great night outs etc...

 

I can't figure out why I cannot upload any more pics on this thingie...I have to arrange something I guess. Anyways, wish you all a great, hot, sizzling summer :)

 

I know it might sound silly but for me this simply merits a blog post: my fave jeans fit me again!!!!!!!!! ...bit tight but it fits  Now I subscribed to a local gym so that in the new year I can continue the workouts I began at GMU...& maybe drop some other jeans size hehe Anywayz, I finally dyed my hair dark again...after 4 months in VA, my hair needed a really good haircut & a dark dye coz I've been turning blondish *ewwwwwwwww* no offense!! Tonight I shall begin my season dinners & stuff. Actually I'm looking forward to all of them coz with all the great things in the US, entertainment wasn't in my top 3 list for sure! Yippieeee....now I'm able to enjoy some good wine with dinner & vodka melon at the clubs  ..after all it's somewhat good to be back here!
